Book a Room

To reserve a room:

  1. Read Meeting Room Use Policy.
  2. Check meeting room the availability grid. If it’s green, it’s available! Book it online, or call the Reference Desk 725-5242 ext. 503.

Booking tips: to select a date/time, use the scroll bar at the bottom of the room grid, or use the “Go To Date” button above the grid. Click a green box for your room start time – if your meeting will be open to the public, make sure to include time in your booking for setup/cleanup, if you need it. (See the screenshot below.)

*Study rooms can only be booked out 1 week in advance, so will not show as available (green), more than a week out.

**If your meeting is open to the public, please provide as much information as you can, if you want it to appear on our public events calendar. Let us know actual event time vs. room time (setup/cleanup), and give us an event description so that we can help get the word out!
